When you purchase from Claudines Beaded Jewellery  your piece is  placed in a gift bag and carefully bubbled wrapped before shipment.

Gift wrapping is available on request for a flat charge of NZD$5.00.

All purchases will be shipped within 2 days of order completion.

We offer our customers flat rates post and packaging to any where in the world including within New Zealand.

Orders up to NZD$50 - flat rate $NZD$6.00 per order.

Orders between NZD$50 and NZD$100 - flat rate of NZD$10.00 per order.

Orders over NZD$100 - NO CHARGE as in FREE POSTAGE.

Claudines Beaded Jewellery prides itself on not only quality but service, so we want you to be totally 100% satisfied with your purchase. Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, you must notify us within 7 days or purchase.

We believe in quality and double check your purchase before sending them to you, but please remember they are handmade and therefore individual. However, if for some reason, you believe the purchase is flawed or gets damaged during shipping, we will pay for return shipping and either arrange a full refund or an exchange. Please  email us within 4 working days to arrange this.

Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted if damaged is caused by the customer.

Claudines Beaded Jewellery offers a repair service should you damage your piece and wish to have it repaired. You will however be responsible for all shipping costs.
